  • Try to finish your dinner at least 2-3 hours before going to bed.

Craving for a treat but don’t want to ruin your strict diet plant? Good news, follow these three simple rules and feel free to treat yourself with your favorite dessert or snack:

  • Allow yourself one per day, but cap it at 200 calories.
  • Choose treats with less than 15 grams of sugar per serving.
  • If it gives you a buzz, it’s your treat of the day.
