Just looking for info about Pomegranates as I just bought some juice and have celiac disease so it will help my immune system. I have a VNS for epilepsy contol but also take meds, one that helps GABA so I get enuff sleep. And I’m happy to find out this juice will help my muscle nerves because I often am lethargic tho I want to exercise. When it gets sunnier ( asI have SAD) I will begin a Tai Chi class as I need to reduce stress, well these days are noisy and tense…which bothers my anxiety..

Pomegranate juice, rich in antioxidants, can benefit your immune system. With celiac disease, it’s a good choice. The juice supports muscle nerves, aiding lethargy and exercise goals. Its nutrients can complement epilepsy treatment and improve overall well-being, especially for stress reduction and anxiety management during Tai Chi practice.

I just bought some Pomegranate Juice without added sugar. When I submitted my previous message I suddenly saw the little square that says – save my name….etc. which is why I’m writing again.

Pomegranate juice can be a great addition to your diet, especially if it’s unsweetened. Here are a few tips for incorporating it:
Pomegranate juice is rich in antioxidants and vitamin C, which can help support digestive health. Drinking 4-8 oz per day is a good target.
You could try mixing pomegranate juice with water or seltzer for a refreshing beverage. The tartness pairs nicely with the lemon water you mentioned.
Pomegranate juice also makes a tasty addition to smoothies. Blend it with yogurt, fruit, greens, and other ingredients for a nutrient-dense breakfast or snack.
Keep in mind that even unsweetened pomegranate juice is high in natural sugars. Enjoy it in moderation as part of an overall balanced diet.
Let me know if you have any other questions! Wishing you all the best with your digestive health.
